She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur S. Koons and Edna Brown Koons; her husband Charles W. Cain, Jr.; her son Daniel Allen Cain; and her siblings, Kenneth K. Koons, Edwin A. Koons, Wayne A. Koons, Darrel D. Koons, Tresa G. Dowdle, Edra Koons, Vivian Koons, C. Doris Morrison and J. Joan "Jo" Watson.
She is survived by: her children, George Cain (Martha), Dale O. Cain of Malta and Sally Mathews (Kenneth) of Lancaster, Ohio. She is also survived by four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and a multitude of nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Roberta's name to the Quaker City Baptist Church.
