We are sad to announce that on February 8, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Paul L. Carter of Quaker City, Ohio. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Carter and Doris Carter (Davis). He is survived by: his wife Edith Carter (Whitsell); his children, Connie Carter of Grove City and Kevin Carter (Alicia) of Grove City; his grandchildren, Olivia, Savannah and Isaac; and his friend Jack of Alabama. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

As an expression of sympathy, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to one of the following organizations: 1) Middlebourne Methodist Church, or 2) Hospice of Central Ohio, 2269 Cherry Valley Road, Newark OH 43055.
