She was predeceased by: her parents, Orville L. Black and Madeline E. Black (McCanna); her husband Donald; and her daughter Susan. She is survived by: her children, Donald Guy Jr. (Jeanie) of Barnesville, Robert Guy (Stacy) of Belmont, Michael Guy (Penny) of Barnesville, Timothy Guy (Mary) of Lower Salem, John Guy (Tammy) of Lewisville, Tony Guy (Denise) of Portland, TN, Sandra DeLancey (Bob) of Calais, Michelle Bettinger (Glen) of East Union and Lisa Guy of New Athens; and her siblings, Dave Black (Michaelina) of New Brighton, PA and Wanda Barr (Clyde) of Beaver Falls, PA.. She is also survived by twenty-six grandchildren; thirty-five great-grandchildren.
