He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Emery and Mildred "Dressler" Emery; and his siblings, Orland, John Emery and Doris King.
He is survived by: his wife Shelva Jean "Long" Emery; his children, Wayne Emery of Batesville, Garrison Emery (Cristina) of Batesville and Rhonda Huntsman (Mark) of Batesville; and his siblings, Raymond Emery (Julie) of Ashland, Larry Emery (Sue) of Woodsfield, Eldra Smalley of Ashland and Sue Williams (James) of Woodsfield. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and one great- granddaughter.
