With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Herbert D. Carpenter of Quaker City, Ohio, who passed away on October 15, 2020 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Visitation will be held Tuesday (October 20, 2020) from 12 p. m. to 2 p. m. at Thorn-Black Funeral Home, Quaker City, where funeral services will follow at 2 p. m. with Pastor Jeff Eschbaugh officiating. [Per our Governor's current COVID-19 guidelines, face coverings are required to attend the visitation and/or services.
