He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell T. Floyd and Helen Floyd (McKee); his wife Shelby Floyd (Duncan); and his sister Marilyn Carr. He is survived by: his niece Debbie Duncan; and his nephews, Robert Duncan, David Carr (Jill) and Douglas Carr (Karen).
