He was predeceased by: his wife Tamara Stack Guiler; his parents, Lester Guiler and Geneva Triplett Guiler; his brothers, David Guiler and James Guiler; and his great grandchild Zane Wheeler.
He is survived by: his daughters, Melissa Scott (Earl), Michelle Thomas (Tony) and Maricia Overly (Eric); his grandsons, Earl Wheeler, Duane Wheeler (Nicole), Kenneth Guiler, Chance Overly and Eric Overly Jr.; his stepgrandchildren, Earl Scott IV, Heather Scott (Steven Gorby) and Timothy Scott Boyd; his great grandchildren, Taminee Wheeler (Johnathan Plant), Anna Wheeler, Domenick Guiler, Isabella Wheeler, Ryder Wheeler, Liam Wheeler, Brooklyn Wheeler and Owen Wheeler; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Aden Shook, Jayston Shook, Gage Roberts and Gracelyn Gorby; and his siblings, Marilyn Buffington, Louella Kastellic (Chuck), Marsha Moore (Jeff), Theda Warden (Tony) and Jeff Guiler (Polly).
He fought multiple medical issues over the years, but mostly with the one disease he dreaded most – Alzheimer's.
