She is survived by: her children, Kevin Waugh of Quaker City, Renada Ballengee of Salesville and Teresa Heckard of Toledo; and her siblings, Jimmy Jenkins of Ironton, Cora Jenkins of Ironton and Sheila Jenkins of Ironton. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
