She is survived by: her sons, Jerry Lutz of Akron and Jimmy Lutz of Barberton; her stepson Ronald Scott Godwin of Texas; her daughter Karla Kay Warrick of Quaker City; her grandchildren, Trent Warrick, Shelby Warrick (Elijah Cordner), Ayla Crum (Ryan), Derek, Jade and Aaron Lutz; and her great grandchild Lincoln Crum.
