With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donald R. Hartley (Quaker City, Ohio), who passed away on April 28, 2020 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Hartley and Virginia Lee Hartley (Foraker); and his wife Barbara Ann Hartley (Shepherd). He is survived by: his brothers-in-law, Dave Barr and Craig Herwick; his niece Tiffany Herwick; his siblings, Larry Hartley of Cambridge, Carl Hartley (Evelyn) of Marietta, Kathy Miser (David) of Pleasant City and Linda Hartley of Quaker City; his mother-in-law Mary Shepherd-Harris (Roe) of Barnesville; his siblings-in-law, Greg Shepherd of Old Washington, Nancy Herwick of Barnesville, Sue Fisher (Brent) of Barnesville and Lynn Barr of Barnesville; and his nieces and nephews, Matthew Hissom, Justin Shepherd, James Miser, Jeff Miser, Michael Fisher, Amy Shepherd-Eltringham, Susanna Shelton, Stacey Wise, Gwen Crum, Leah Braun and Michelle Hartley Cunningham.
