He was predeceased by: his parents, David Hayes and Mary Christman Hayes. He is survived by: his wife Carol Cunningham Hayes; his children, Carl David Hayes (Lovealee) of Lewisville and Tamara Reynolds (Craig) of Quaker City; and his siblings, Marjorie Ryan of Searcy, Brenda Hiller of Virginia Beach, Virginia and Timothy Hayes (Jo Ellen) of Cambridge, Ohio.. He is also survived by Ten grandchildren and several great grandchildren and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
