He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Weaver and Juanita Weaver (Dotson); and his siblings, Robert "Bob" Weaver and Evonne Eichelberger. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Weaver (Swygart) of Elida, OH; his children, Stephanie Griffin of Elida, OH, Elizabeth Goodson (James) of Hunstsville, AL, Jonathon "Jon" Weaver (Rachel) of Prospect, OH and Jennifer Kakita (Garrett) of Las Vegas, NV; his grandchildren, Lauren Griffin, Mariah Griffin, Kaiya Kakita, Carter Kakita and Jonathon Weaver; and his sister Ina Walter of Sneads Ferry, NC.. He is also survived by his children and grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. Stephen Orthodox Church.
