He is survived by: his fiancée Glenna Holsinger-Thiel; his daughter Michelle Bishop (Tony); his stepchildren, Mike Thiel (Cassie) and Amanda; his siblings, Jeanee Rockwell (Jim), Norman Curtis and Lois Martin (Tom); and his stepsiblings, Sherri, Michelle Smith and Tim Smith.
