He was predeceased by: his parents, Pearl Slemmons and Ray Slemmons. He is survived by: his wife Betty Christman; his daughters, Lori (Matt), Amy (Todd) and Beth (Dave); and his brother Lynn (Helen). He is also survived by 12 Grandchildren, 9 great Grandchildren.
