He is survived by: his sister Joan Salisbury of Edison, Ohio; his sons, Edward D. Spurlock (Penny M.) of Prospect and Eric D. Spurlock of Prospect, Ohio; and his grandchildren, Christina M. Serafini, Joshua E. D. Spurlock, Angelina, Alexis, Ariel, Caleb, Aaliyah and Amara Spurlock. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
