He is survived by: his wife Lucille Jacobs (Bails); his daughters, Tami Spayde of Marion, Lori Robinson (Kevin) of Prospect and Lisa Hoback (Rick) of Waldo; and his siblings, Janet Dunn of Marysville, Jean Plotner (Richard) of Marion, Jim Jacobs of Marion, Rebecca Rynders of Abilene and Jerry Jacobs (Linda) of Garrettsville.
