He is survived by: his parents, Windell Lee Spurlock Sr. and Wanda Zarzecny; his wife Angela Spurlock; his children, Michael Lee Starkweather, David Lee Butcher and Casey Lee Murray; and his siblings, Destiny Adkins, Heidi Del Balso, Bobby Zarzecny, Waylon Spurlock and Willie Jones. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
