She was predeceased by: her parents, Lafe Church and Dorothy Church; and her brother Lloyd Church. She is survived by: her siblings, Edna Mae of Proctorville and Leonard "Dickie" Church of Huntington, WV; and her nieces and nephews, Tammi Spurlock (Mike) of Huntington, WV, Kathy Greiner (John) of Dallas, Jill Sharp (Chris) of Huntington, WV, Gary Ellis (Rhonda) and Lenny Church (Penney) of Lexington, KY. She is also survived by three great nieces and four great nephews; and one great-great nephew.
