She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Floyd and Mabel Hamlin Floyd; her husbands, Chester Black and Bill "Red" Hayes; her sons, Don, Fred and Tony Black; and her siblings, Ralph Floyd, Jimmy Floyd, Inez Parker, Betty Pike, Patti Rodgers and Frances Floyd.
She is survived by: her brother Larry Floyd (Vesta) of Proctorville, OH. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grand- children, nieces, and nephews.
