She is survived by: her parents, Jackson Kelley and Doris Kelley of Crown City, OH; her brother Jason Kelley (Ellen) of Bokeelia, FL; her sons, Seth Steven Jarrell (Megan) of Crown City, OH and Lucas Reece Jarrell of Crown City, OH; her granddaughter Elsie Lynn Jarrell; her cousins, Jacqueline Jones (Michael) of Burlington, OH, Samuel Bays (Melissa) of Ona, WV and Sully of Huntington, WV; her close friends, Keith Brown, Odell Nelson, Beau Miller, Mike, Erinn Klinger, Susan Frasier, Marc, Whitney Moore and Eric Burgess; and also John Rice.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Reger Funeral Home (1242 Adams Ave, Huntington, WV 25704). A funeral service was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Reger Funeral Chapel (1242 Adams Ave, Huntington, WV 25704).
