He is survived by: his father Benjamin Alan Bandy of Proctorville, OH; his brother Ben Bandy (Sarah) of Huntington, WV; and his nieces and nephews, Bailey Morris (Uriah Evans) of Ashland, KY, Adaline, Gwendolyn Bailey, Noah Bailey of Ashland, KY, Sandy Ratcliff and Eddie Evans.
