He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Lewis and Anita Carol Lewis; and his brother Chuck Lewis. He is survived by: his siblings, Anthony Lewis, Tricia Jones and Tinaka Lewis. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Hall Funeral Home & Crematory (625 OH-775, Proctorville, OH 45669). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
