It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra Lynn Leffingwell of Proctorville, Ohio, who passed away on March 11, 2022, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Donald Adkins; and her siblings, Donetta McNeely and Jeffery Allen Adkins. She is survived by: her mother Vivian Adkins of Proctorville; her children, Trish Finley of Proctorville, Ohio and Jeff Leffingwell of Proctorville; the father of her child Fred Leffingwell; her grandchildren, Lexy, Rayne, Idalena, Evan and Carson; and her sister Vada Paugh of Lexington, KY. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
