He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Lee, Sr. and Mayflower Kitts Miller; his wife Thelma Miller; and his sister Ruth Carey. He is survived by: his brother Everett, Jr. Miller (Ramona); his siblings-in-law, Charles Carey, George Hall (Reba), Jerry Hall (Joann) and Rebecca Gilbert (Gene); and his close friend Dave McComas. He is also survived by several loving nieces and nephews.
