It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roger Dale Ellis (Proctorville, Ohio), who passed away on August 25, 2018, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parent Pearly Ellis; and his brothers, Michael and Billie. He is survived by: his parent Doris Porter Ellis; his children, Susan Lovejoy of Ellenboro, N. C., Westley Ellis of Spring Hill, Jason Fowler of Forest City, N. C. and Jason Ellis of Charleston, W. V; his siblings, Shelia Daniels, Doris Harris, Maudella Ellis, Kitty Eaves, Vesta Parrish, Tammy Akers, Herman Ellis and John Adkins; and his significant other Jean Walters. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
