He is survived by: his wife Brenda Bailey Neace; his sons, Brent Neace (Melissa) and Tyler Neace (Stacy); his siblings, Linda Houck (Russ) and Chet Neace; and his grandchildren, Cameron, Collin, Kirstyn Neace, Luke Neace and Jake O'Bryan. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews who love him, and many friends.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Hall Funeral Home & Crematory (625 OH-775, Proctorville, OH 45669). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at the Ridgelawn Memorial Park (5547 W Pea Ridge Rd, Huntington, WV 25705).
