He is survived by: his wife Debbie Ward (Bush); his children, Brandy Hatcher (Jason) of Ona, WV, Rocky Fannin (Leslie) of Ashland, KY and Nathan Kelly (Ronni) of Wurtland, KY; his grandchildren, Ethan, Jenna, Bailey Hatcher, Macie and Madelyn Fannin; and his siblings, Patty Carter of Proctorville, OH, Sally Waller of Chesapeake, OH, Billy Ward of Indiana and Randy Ward of Huntington, WV.
