It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Jean Green of Proctorville, Ohio, who passed away on January 1, 2022, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elijah Short and Gertrude Short; her husband Farrell Green; and her siblings, Curtis Short, Richard Short, Gregory Short, Katherine Litteral and Betty Ferguson.
She is survived by: her children, Tara Wells (Josh) and Bob Hinkle (Penny Shope); her sisters, Beverly Montgomery (Everett), Sharon Dennison (David) and Donna Rice (Harry); and her granddaughter Mattie Sue. She is also survived by nephews, nieces, friends.
