He was predeceased by: his brother Howard Walls of Pikeville, KY.. He is survived by: his parents, Milton Walls and Nell Rose Walls; his wife Barbara H Walls; his children, Jeff of Hurricane, WV, Scott (Angel), Tammy Butcher and Sharri Butcher (Alan) of Chesapeake, OH; his grandchildren, Garrett Butcher, Nick Duffield, Corey Walls, Zoe Walls, Kalie Johnson (Jacob) and Breanna Walls; his great grandchild Renly Johnson; his siblings, Phyllis Edwards (Jeff) and Bill (Jennie); his sister-in-law Pat Walls of Pikeville, KY; and his sibling Dean. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
