She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Fannin and Amanda Fannin (Adkins); and her husband Otto Fannin. She is survived by: her siblings, Burch Fannin, Beech Fannin, Talmadge Fannin, Quentin Fannin, David Fannin, Claude Fannin, Nell Upton, Betty Jo Mault and Ann McCoy; her sons, Matthew Fannin (Kelly) of Proctorville and Clay Fannin (Jessa) of Lewis Center; and her grandchildren, Mason, Piper and Ford.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations may be made to St Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
