He is survived by: his wife Karen Cremeans; his children, Todd Cremeans (Karen) of Mannington, WV and Charlotte McCoy of Chesapeake, OH; his grandchildren, Natasha Beane (Scott), Gage McCoy (Mariah), Taylor Dills (Jordan) and Trenton McCoy (Cheyanne); his great grandchildren, Logan, Brayden Dills, Sophie and Bella Beane; and his brothers, Dale Cremeans of Florida and Billy Cremeans of Huntington, WV. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 from 12:45 PM to 1:45 PM at the Hall Funeral Home & Crematory (625 OH-775, Proctorville, OH 45669). An entombment was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Rome Cemetery (31 Township Rd 1194, Proctorville, OH 45669).
