He was predeceased by: his parents, Patricia Blankenship and Johnie Holley, Sr. (late Jodie Holley); his sister Kerrie Jordan; and his son Johnie Holley III. He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Holley; and his children, Christopher Holley, Lydia Holley, Alexandria Laferre, Erin Mayo, Brian Holley, Brad Holley and Jonetta Holley. He is also survived by loving grandfather to his 16 grandchildren.
