He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Hundley Holderby of Proctorville, OH; his children, Tiffany Spring Holderby of Culloden, WV and Anthony Merrill Holderby of Proctorville, OH; his grandchildren, Alicia Rena Spotloe, Madisyn Dare Holderby and Anthony Matthew Holderby; and his sisters, Geneva Joyce Farley of Marietta, OH and Ethel Marie Vance of Mineral Wells, WV.
