It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jane Heinz Lipscomb of Proctorville, Ohio, who passed away on December 31, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Cresson Heinz and Virginia Singer Burcham; her husband Bobby Dale Lipscomb; her grandson Heath Smith; her sister Sue Robinson; and her stepfather Raynor Burcham.
She is survived by: her children, Debi Reynolds (Larry), Philip Smith (Dianne), Scott Shafer (Robin) and Bobby Lipscomb (Tammy); her grandchildren, Damian Southard (Ashley), J. D. Smith (Kristin), Cresson Smith (Melissa), Staci Harbour (Matthew), Emma (Noah Lipscomb), Cory, Cameron Shafer, Stephanie Anderson, Timothy Reynolds (Annie) and Christie Kincaid (Todd); her granddaughter-in-law Jan Smith; her great grandchildren, Ben, Claire, Will, Jane Southard, Hanna, Emily, Taylor, Hayze, Hendrix Smith, Indi Harbour, Luke, Sophie Reynolds, Michael, Adam and Madison Kincaid; her siblings, Glenna McClain (Pete), Tom Burcham (Sandy) and Tim Burcham; and her caregivers, Bonnie and Don Downing.
In lieu of flowers, Jane requested donations be given to the Gideons.
