He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Howard and Hattie Howard (Eldridge). He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Howard (Bird); his daughter Kim Wells (Kevin); his grandchildren, Ashley Hall (Nick), Leslie Walker (Brandon), Brittany Wells (Scott Thompson) and Alex Wells (Karrah); his siblings, Bill Howard of Sebring, FL, Bernice Bird and Phyllis Adkins of Huntington, WV; his friends, Butch Wells and Dee Carpenter; and his sister-in-law Sharon Kitchen Rose. He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
