She was predeceased by: her parents, Carson Adkins and Reba Adkins; and her husband Billy Ray Arthur. She is survived by: her children, David (Penny Arthur), Terry, Sandy Arthur, Mark (Wendy Arthur), Pamela Young, Carole Morton, Lisa (Artie Gilbert) and Sonya (Fred "Junior" Laney); and her sister Lavetta Riechman. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, March 25th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Reger Funeral Home & Cremation Services (1242 Adams Ave, Huntington, WV 25704). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, March 25th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, March 25th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Docks Creek Cemetery.
