He is survived by: his wife Sarah Gilbert Adkins; his son David; his daughter-in-law Christina Adkins of Scott Depot, WV; his stepdaughter Kerry McNeeley (Jerome) of Huntington; his grandchildren, Olivia Adkins, Taylor, Lauren Reynolds, Jayce and Kyle Berry; and his great grandchildren, Freya Perkins and Jiraiya Berry.
