He was predeceased by: his parents, William Houston and Gertrude Turner Houston; and his brothers, Ash and Darren Houston. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Jarrell Houston; his children, Bill Houston of North Carolina and Pamela Jones of Circleville, Ohio; his grandson Tyler Houston; and his sister Betty Holden of California. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
