With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Fred Locey of Proctorville, Ohio, who passed away on January 16, 2023 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Gerard Locey; his wife Juanita Sowards Locey; his sister Doris Jean Singer; his granddaughter Lisa (Mike Galloway); and his sons-in-law, Donald O. Jenkins and Don Spotloe.
He is survived by: his daughters, Pat Spotloe (Wayne Hager) of Proctorville, OH and Linda Ward (Rick) of Proctorville, OH; his grandchildren, Andrea Easthom, Brian Spotloe (Stacie), Erica Bergmann (Donny) and Amy Ward; his great grandchildren, Whitney Murphy (Daniel), Jared Boster (Chelsie), Mason Spotloe, Alicia Spotloe and Harrison "Tater" Bergmann; his great great grandchildren, Liana Streets, Jasmine Murphy, Kingston Pickett and Leighton Boster; and his sisters, Wanda Wall of South Charleston, OH and Sharon Kay Black (Dwayne) of South Point, OH. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
