Fred Lee Phillippe, 78, of Proctorville, OH, passed away on Tuesday, February 21, 2023 at his residence. He is survived by his daughter, Josette Hamdan. Per his wishes, Fred's body was donated to science. There will be a celebration of life held at a later date in his hometown of Alberta, AL. Hall Funeral Home & Crematory in Proctorville, OH is assisting the family.
