It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Florence Hastings (Proctorville, Ohio), born in Chesapeake, Ohio, who passed away on July 21, 2018, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent Elton Ferris; her husband Raymond Hudson "Huddy" Hastings; her son Larry Hastings; and her sons-in-law, Ray Beatty and Clarence "Pat" Ferrell.
She is survived by: her parent Martha Pruitt Ferris; her daughters, Diana "Dee" Beatty and Sharon A. Ferrell; her daughter-in-law Joanne Hastings; her grandchildren, Debbie Galloway (Larry), Larry Nance (Karen), Michelle Galloway (Dwight), Stephanie Martin-Thompson (Ed), Kim Shano (Jeff) and Jeremy Hastings; her great grandchildren, Joshua Nance, Nathan Galloway, Lane Galloway, Caitlin Duke and Christopher Martin; and her friends, Alan Clonch and Lena Saba. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
