She was predeceased by: her parents, Curtis Blake and Vernie Blake; and her daughter Amanda Birchfield. She is survived by: her husband Franklin D. Mooney of Crown City, Ohio; and her children, Rhonda McGuire (Robert), Shelba Hineman (Walter) of Crown City, Ohio, Rodney Mooney and Frank Mooney (Lana) of Jackson, Ohio. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren; one great great grandchild; nieces and nephews; and a half-brother.
