It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donna Thompson (Proctorville, Ohio), born in Chesapeake, Ohio, who passed away on October 17, 2019, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Lewis and Betty Conkright; and her sisters, Judy Nance and Janice Dement. She is survived by: her children, William Dutey (Angela) of Ostrander, Ohio, Diana Harless of Huntington, WV, Joy Smoot (Ronald) of Chesapeake and Kerry Fizer (Chris) of Chesapeake, Ohio; and her siblings, Walter V. Lewis of Proctorville and Tonya Adkins of Gallipolis, Ohio. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; three great- great grandchildren.
