He is survived by: his wife Sherry Bolen; his daughter Danielle Bolen (Jorge); his grandchildren, Preston, Danica, Gabriela, Leticia and Jorge; his siblings, Scott Workman, Mike, Bubby Bolen, Charlotte Jenkins and Mary Hicks; and his siblings-in-law, Stacie Barker, Lynda Barr, Terry Blevins, Sharon Jackson, Nathan, Warren, Clarence Jackson, Clarence Barker and Allen Barr. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
