It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dale Asbury Parker of Proctorville, Ohio, born in Beckley, West Virginia, who passed away on June 8, 2022, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Lawrence Parker. He is survived by: his wife Patsy; his children, Bret A. (Sue) and Ashley (Elbert); his sister Debbie Spencer; and his grandchildren, Aracoma, Annika, Mason, Joshua, Elizabeth and Jon.
