He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Sullivan and Hastie Sullivan. He is survived by: his wife Connie Harber Sullivan; his children, Kimberly Carrico (Deron) of Proctorville, OH and Greg Sullivan (Ashley) of Proctorville, OH; his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Emily Carrico, Macie and Andrew Sullivan; his sisters, Wilma Rucker (Jim) of South Point, OH and Frances Brown of Proctorville, OH; and his sister-in-law Charlotte Harber. He is also survived by several nieces and a nephew.
