He was predeceased by: his parent Keith Nottingham; and his brother-in-law Jim Lewis. He is survived by: his parent Shirley Nottingham; his daughter Morgan Faith Nottingham of New Haven, WV; his sister Garretta Lewis of Chesapeake, Ohio; his nephew Chris Lewis (Linzi) of South Point, Ohio; and his great-nephew James Westley Lewis.
