She was predeceased by: her husband Jimmie Rowe; and her parents, Leonard Conner and Esther Conner. She is survived by: her sister Linda Rudolph (Gary) of Newark, Ohio; her children, Mike Rowe (Susan) of Mechanicsville, VA, Tim Rowe (Beth) of St. Paris and Lisa Morris (Ricky) of Proctorville, Ohio; and her grandchildren, Aaron Rowe (Ali), Chris Rowe, Tara, Kyle Sutherland, Timothy Rowe (Casie), Garret Rowe (Angela), Ryan Rowe (Lexy), Jordan Rowe, Ryan Wheeler (Sammie) and Alli Penix. She is also survived by five great grandsons and seven great granddaughters and one on the way; several nieces and nephews.
