She is survived by: her children, Debra DeFoe and Alvin Adkins; her grandchildren, Sarah McComas, T. J. Adkins and Kyle Adkins (Jennifer); and her great grandchildren, Anna, Rachel, Grant, Benjamin, Jeffery and Faith Adkins.
