He was predeceased by: his parents, Pearl Vivian and William Junior King. He is survived by: his wife Mary L. Ashcraft King; his children, Cindy Fanning of Daytona Beach, Connie King of Lexington, Cheryl Welle (Richard) of Gastonia, William King, Jr. (Tammee) of Powhatan Point and Christina Hinerman of Powhatan Point; and his brothers, James King of Shepherdstown and Rudy King of Concord.
